This blend is made with Rose, Lemon Balm, Marshmallow Root, Chamomile, Hibiscus and a splash of Peppermint. Originally created to help heal the stomach lining, this is a beautiful tea for an afternoon in the garden or brunch with the girls. Change it up by drinking hot with some honey and lemon or as an afternoon pick me up - simply brew and pour over ice in your reusable stainless steel bottle.
